Great value at an excellent location

Excellent location. Lovely hotel with pool, gym and all the facilities you could want. Room was a nice size and comfortable. Excellent value and the owner, Gerry, fixed the minor issues immediately. Highly recommended.

Would have liked softer pillows, but that's just my personal preference. Fridge needed replacing but worked fine.

Since I’m into netflix, access to HDMI port is a must... i was not able to use my chrome cast during my stay... other than that, everything was perfect!

Overall, my stay was good

The bed is comfotable and big enough for two people. Clean room and Gerry was an excellent host. Very accessible and convenient to places such as supermarket, restaurants, and bars, no need for a car as it was all walking distance.

The room is a bit small and the internet was slow and not working at times. The building itself was also small.

Gerry who owned the room was a great guy. Responded to my messages quickly and tried to address problems

Room was outdated. Leak in bathroom. Nowhere to put clothes. Balcony not usable. Net curtain dirty and torn. Shower curtain dirty. Although room booked through Booking.com it was privately owned, so no hotel services.

Would not recommend to stay unless there are no better options available around this location

It is in prime location of Makati town with all major restos and attractions around.

Room was very small and a bit untidy. There were 2 cockroaches in the room when we checked in and this is despite paying the cleanliness fee. There is no drinking water, no napkins, no phone to call reception/housekeeping.

A Real Value for Money

Owner was very friendly, swimming pool accessible, laundry machines available, the whole venue around

Not that tidy, we even cleaned to make it comfortable because of our baby. No cable, a lot of channels not available. Esp. during the time our baby got sick qnd we had to stay in the room.

Cool runnings.

I like that I can reach the owner any time. I can use the pool and gym at no extra charge and it is very near to the night life actions and the supermarket is right in front

I already made it known to the owner in person about the door lock to the small porch, this is a no no for me, you can not lock the porch door from the inside, so the porch lock is always unlock , because the lock is turn the wrong or opposite way.

Fantastic stay.

The owner of the condo, Gerry, was very attentive. Great space, perfect for the two of us. Access to the pool of the hotel. Balcony overlooked the pool. Great location near plenty of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Need a bath matt in the bath as I did slip a couple of times but otherwise brilliant.
